What I Ate Today:

Breakfast:

  • fruit smoothie (see recipe previously posted, its amazing!)

Brunch:

  • 4 egg whites with spinach, mushrooms, and a small pinch of shredded low fat cheese
  • 2 pieces of multi-grain toast
  • coffee w/ fat free milk and 1tbsp of stevia sweetner

Lunch:

  • grilled cheese sandwich on multi-grain bread and low-fat cheese
  • med sized salad with baby spinach apples, dried cranberries, and raspberry vinagrette

Snack:

  • balance bar
  • apple slices

Dinner:

  • chicken piccata

**I know that seems like alot of food! But being as active as I am and getting up at 5am my body needs fuel, so i eat every 2-3 hours**

 I so need to get to this point!  I know I do not get anywhere near enough calories in my day which is why I am not gaining weight OR losing weight.  I work out 4 times a week 20 minutes of cardio and an hour and a half of weight lifting each time.  I really need to make this a priority!
