of the new eating plan.  I have not cheated once…I told you I would be dedicated to this 5 week plan!  Same eats everyday so far has not been a problem.  I like that I don’t have to think everyday about my food choices. 

Weighed my self Tuesday monring and then today and I was down 1.2 pounds.  I don’t put a lot of stock in the scale but of course I was happy to see the scale move. 

My purpose is to rid myself of some of this stubborn body fat!!  Fingers crossed.  :)
