yikes…

Long day of sitting, sitting, sitting….union negotiations all day long.  Ugh.  Workout after that felt GREAT!!  Training for the 5K continues!!  Is it summer yet????

Women and working out….

Can I just say….ladies, please, LIFT WEIGHTS!  Cardio is fine and all but weight lifting is what you need to be doing.  I started last April and I am no where near BULKY and I do HEAVY weight lifting.  I have not gained a pound.  Seriously.  I can bench press 100 pounds 9 times for 3 sets.  In April I struggled with the 45 pound bar. 

Just Do It!!!
